We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. Gridiron Publications accepts valid personal, government and institutional Visa, MasterCard.
Alternate Payment Methods
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order or a corporate, institutional, government or personal check. Payment by check may delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise. Please make checks and money orders to:

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.
Gridiron Publications also accepts purchase orders from recognized institutions and organizations. Please email us at editor@gridironpublications.com sfor information about using purchase orders.
Standard Shipping Rates
Our standard domestic shipping rates are $6.50 for the first item on each order and $1.50 for each additional item on each order. Shipping is generally via UPS Ground, but may occasionally be via Priority Mail or another carrier.
Rush Shipping
Rush shipping via 2nd and Next Day Air is available on most orders for an additional charge.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to most countries via Airmail or Global Priority service. Please contact us at editor@gridironpublications.com if you need an estimated shipping charge for international service before placing your order, otherwise we will simply calculate the least expensive air delivery method and add these charges to your order.
Shipping Times
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt. Most customers will receive their order within 14 business days, however shipping may take longer on unusually large orders or during peak seasons.
Sales Tax:
Ohio residents will be billed 5.50% sales tax.
Exchanges and Returns
Returns
You can receive a full refund within 15 days of receipt.
Book and Video Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our books or videos, simply return them in salable condition within 30 days for an exchange. All exchanges must include return postage ($6.50 for the first item, $1.50 for each additional item).
Note
To exchange or return merchandise, please include a copy of the invoice, wrap merchandise securely, and return via insured parcel post. In order to improve our service, we would appreciate knowing the reason for the return. We will make every effort to speed your exchange or return.
