Bill Williams, President, Football Coaches Professional Growth Association (FCPGA) Bill Williams is considered one of the premier football technicians and clinicians in the nation. Besides conducting open enrollment clinics, he annually presents in-service staff clinics and individual consulting on all phases of football for coaches on the High School, Collegiate, and NFL levels of competition. Last year Bill conducted in-service staff clinics for high schools in California, Arizona, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Texas, and Oklahoma. On the Collegiate level, staffs in the PAC 10, WAC, Big 12, Big 10, ACC and Big East Conference incorporated his teaching progressions. Bill's resume includes consulting clinics for the Dallas Cowboys, San Francisco 49ers, Pittsburgh Steelers, Miami Dolphins, San Diego Chargers, New York Giants, and New Orleans Saints. As the president of the Football Coaches Professional Growth Association , Bill has developed a state of the art organization. Jerry Campbell, Head Football Coach, Victoria Memorial High School Coach Jerry Campbell brings over 27 years of coaching experience from around the country. He played collegiate football at California State University of Chico, has coached youth, high school and college players, and was employed as the Offensive Line Coach at Texas A&M University Kingsville.
Coach Campbell has developed and coached many college All-Americans. Under his direction, Coach Campbell has put numerous players into the NFL including a number one draft pick with the Philadelphia Eagles. Tony DeMeo, Head Coach, University of Charleston A proven teacher of the game with more than 28 years of collegiate coaching experience, DeMeo has dedicated himself to helping student-athletes both on and off the field. His zeal for developing a complete student-athlete makes him a perfect fit for the University of Charleston football program. DeMeo has served as the head coach of three different programs. In 19 seasons at the helm, his teams went 94-85-4 overall. Most recently, DeMeo was the head coach at Washburn University (NCAA Div. II) from 1994-2001. He was honored as the MIAA Tri-Coach of the Year in 1999 after leading his squad to a 6-5 mark.
Mike Roark, Assistant Head Coach, Pasadena City College, National Recruiting Director, Offense-Defense Football Camps. Mike's 20 years of coaching, 12 have been as a Head High School Coach or at the college level. Former players of Mike's have gone on to play at all levels of college including the Pac 10, as well as the Arena Football League, CFL and the NFL. Mike has even been honored to have some of his former players follow into the coaching profession at the completion of their playing careers. Bob Crable, Head Football Coach, Moeller High School Bob Crable graduated from Moeller in 1978 after an outstanding high school football career. After Moeller, he went to the University of Notre Dame to pursue a Business Administration degree in Marketing. At Notre Dame, he played football for Dan Devine and legendary Moeller Coach, Gerry Faust. His outstanding play at Notre Dame earned him recognition from his teammates-he was twice chosen as team Captain-and national recognition as an All-American at linebacker in 1980-81. After graduation from Notre Dame, Bob played professional football with the New York Jets for seven years.

Mickey Marotti, Coordinator Strength & Conditioning, University of Notre Dame Mickey Marotti joined the Notre Dame staff in February 1998 as the strength and conditioning coordinator and is now in his sixth year. Marotti had served as the strength and conditioning coach at the University of Cincinnati for the previous eight years before coming to Notre Dame. In his role at Notre Dame, he is responsible for the total development of sport-specific strength and conditioning programs for all 26 varsity sports at Notre Dame. Marotti has earned certifications from the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (SCCC), and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS).
Gino Arcaro, Head Football Coach, Niagara College Knights Gino is head coach of the Niagara College Knights, in Welland, Ontario,where he teaches in and is program coordinator of two law enforcement programs. He has extensive experience in coaching football, policing,college teaching, strength training/coaching, textbook writing, and business.
During a 29-year coaching career, he has coached 37 seasons, including 21 years as head coach at four levels, ranging from high school to semi-pro.He has coached a number of athletes who have advanced to university and professional leagues, including quarterback Tom Denison, a 2-time winner of the Hec Crighton award (the Canadian version of the Heisman) and recent free agent acquisition of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the CFL.
Gino has had extensive literature published. After a 15 year police career, including six years as a detective, he has written 14 editions of six law enforcement textbooks, 97 case law articles, and two football textbooks that explain a unique no-huddle offense that features an unlimited passing system and a multiple formation aggressive, pressing defense.
During 33 years of strength training, Gino has coached a wide range of athletes in the weight room. He owns X Fitness, a 24-hour gym, and has written a 4-phase strength training manual. He is also associate director of Tom Denison Passing Camp ( www.DenisonCamps.com ), that teaches QB and WR skills.
Chet O'Neill, Clinic Director, Big New England Football Clinics Chet O'Neill is the Clinic Director for "The Big New England Football Clinic". The clinic has been a mainstay in New England for over 30 years. It is one of the most unique football coaches clinic's in the country, as it is geared to meet the needs of not only HS and College coaches, but also those that coach on the Youth level. Chet was a college assistant coach for eighteen years with stops at Hofstra University, Colgate and Harvard. In October 1994 he formed "Chet O'Neill Associates, Inc.." a manufacturers sales rep organization, supplying top flight athletic uniforms for college, high school and youth teams, and imprinted sportswear with the athlete and coach in mind for practice, games and awards.
Immediately following graduation in 1960, Chet joined the Hofstra staff as Head Line Coach. In 1964 he accepted the position of Defensive Line coach from Coach Hal Lahar at Colgate University. In 1968 he switched to the offensive line and became Chief Assistant and Offensive Coordinator his last two years on the Red Raider staff. In 1972, he joined the Harvard staff and was Defensive Line Coach and Defensive Coordinator when the Crimson won the 1975 Ivy League Championship.
In December 1988, Chet was inducted as a Special Recipient into the Rhode Island High School Football Coaches Hall of Fame. He was inducted into the Providence Gridiron Club Hall of Fame in November 1993, and has served on the Board of Directors. Chet serves on the Executive Board of the Rhode Island Chapter of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame, Inc..
